1 General Introduction & Acceptance

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at get99 is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Funds are automatically credited to the account after each transaction is completed.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Important Transaction Policy

  • All transactions must be made from a mobile financial service account registered in the user's own name.
  • Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited.
  • Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank — using it may also make Dutch-Bangla Bank's own terms and conditions applicable.
  • If you encounter any issue with a transaction, contact our 24/7 support team.
  • If any unusual or suspicious transaction is identified, get99 reserves the right to temporarily hold that transaction pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at get99 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

  • A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200.
  • A deposit of ৳26,000 or more gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonus offers are personal — they cannot be transferred to another account.
  • get99 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
  • If bonus abuse (bonus hunting or opening multiple accounts) is proven, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • A bonus offer applies only when its specific terms and conditions have been met.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

get99 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games offered on our platform are operated through certified software providers and results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the match result at the time the bet is placed is final. If a bet is affected by a technical error, get99 may void or re-evaluate that bet.

6.2 Finality of Decisions

get99's decisions regarding game outcomes are final and binding. However, users may use our dispute resolution process for any game-related disputes.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the get99 platform:

7.2 Financial

  • Abusing the bonus system ("bonus hunting").
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Colluding with other users to win dishonestly.
  • Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform.
Warning: If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 get99's Rights

get99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraud or deception.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
  • Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

8.2 User Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time. In such cases, any remaining valid balance will be returned provided all applicable wagering requirements have been met and no prohibited activity has occurred.
